Accepted payment methods for your purchase include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac and PayPal. You will be charged in Canadian dollars. 

If you choose to check out by using PayPal Express, you will be first taken to the PayPal page to enter payment information and billing address. After this step, the shipping charge will then be applied.

Sales taxes

All Canadian residents will be charged GST/HST for your province or territory of residence. These taxes will be calculated on your total order including shipping charges and will be applied at check out.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping for all orders to Canada and the United States is $8 flat rate. Orders to all other countries will be shipped for $15 flat rate. Tracking is included on orders shipped within Canada. 

All mask and hair (bobby) pin orders are shipped by regular mail for $2.50 within Canada, $5 to the United States and $8 to all other countries unless shipped with additional jewellery items. In this case they will be shipped at our regular flat rate shipping rates.

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of placing your order.  

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please be aware that the expected delivery time within Canada is 2-14 days and in the US is 8-14 days. Expected delivery time to international destinations is 2-4 weeks. In most cases, orders arrive much sooner than predicted.  If you would like to upgrade to faster shipping methods, please contact us and we will look into pricing for you.

Loss or Damage through Canada Post or your Postal Service

Unfortunately we are unable to be responsible for the handling of your purchase once it has been shipped. 

Customs and Duties

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any duties charged to you at customs.   Please be aware of your local customs and duties policies. Your purchase will be shipped from Canada.


Returns are not accepted but we do wish for you to be satisfied with your MoonRox purchase, so we will gladly offer an exchange. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please contact us to make arrangements within 7 days of the arrival of your original purchase. You will be asked to send back the original item and once it is back in our possession, we will notify you that you have a credit for the value of the original purchase not including the cost of shipping. Shipping on your new item(s) will then be free.
